Saturday Group Run @ 7:00 AM at Lake Mayer
Group leaves Lake Mayer at 7:05 AM after group photo.
Group Run will be held at Lake Mayer (1850 E. Montgomery X-rds, 31406).
Meet near the statue of "the runner" which is located at the main entrance.
Here are the options for completing your mileage for the group run:
1) Complete your mileage around the lake with a group by doing laps (1.42 miles).
2) Complete your mileage by going out & back with a group to the Isle of Hope Marina = 6 miles.
3) Continue with a group past the Isle of Hope Marina to the Dutch Island entrance & back = 8.5 miles. By far the most popular option!
Notes:
-If you are running less than 5 or 6 miles we recommend you complete them at the lake as the distance to the Isle of Hope Marina and back is 6 miles. You could however turnaround at any point along the route.
