Our monthly club meeting is held on the 1st Thursday of each month (unless otherwise notified) at Carey Hilliard's Restaurant at 7:00 PM.
Members and guests are encouraged to come beginning at 6:30 PM if they wish to order something to eat.
The monthly meetings are designed to inspire, inform and motivate you to reach your fitness goals.
